2011 Rolls Royce Phantom Suspension
Inspection and Diagnosis
The 2011 Rolls Royce Phantom was brought in for a comprehensive suspension inspection and repair. During the evaluation, a leak was discovered at a junction connector within the suspension system. Additionally, the suspension compressor was found to be exhibiting signs of fatigue, indicating the need for replacement.
Repairs Performed
To address these issues, the leaking junction connector was repaired, and the faulty suspension compressor was replaced. These corrective actions were essential in resolving the identified problems and restoring the suspension system to proper working order.
Results
Following the completion of these repairs, the Rolls Royce Phantom’s suspension was restored to optimal ride quality, ensuring comfort and reliability for future use.
Dorothy’s 1974 Volkswagen Beetle
Some cars become part of the family, and Dorothy’s 1974 Volkswagen Beetle is one of them. She’s owned it since new, and we’ve had the privilege of maintaining it here at Import Specialties for decades — with computer records going back to June 2000.
When the Beetle arrived after an engine fire, Dorothy expected a simple repair. But after 51 years of loyal service, we felt the car deserved something more. So along with fixing the fire damage, we quietly repainted the entire car. And because a moment like this deserved a little ceremony, we even had a special orange bow made just for the occasion.
Today, Dorothy came in expecting to pick up a repaired engine. Instead, she found her Beetle gleaming like it was 1974 again, wearing that bright orange bow. Her surprise and joy made every hour of work worth it.
